Frequent questions
We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00. If your order was placed on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it will be processed on the first following working day. Our couriers do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
SHIPPING TO ITALY
- Express shipping → 2 working days: €8
- Free Shipping → 2 working days for orders over €80
Please note: During intensive SALES - PROMOTION - BLACK FRIDAY periods, shipments may be delayed.
SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION
- Standard shipping → 3/4 working days: €15
- Free Shipping → 3/5 days for orders over €250
Deliveries within the EU: All import duties and taxes, as well as applicable VAT, will be included in the price of the goods in your order.
NORTH AMERICA
- Standard Shipping → 3/5 working days: €25

CENTRAL AND SOUTH AMERICA
